Full Mechanical Design was completed for this 50,000 SF State-Of-The-Art Research and Collaboration Facility.Technical research spaces, offices, classroom, meeting spaces and reconfigurable laboratory spaces provide students and researchers the ability to actively engage in sustainable energy technologies.

This 99,000 SF facility houses 32 labs, prep rooms, support offices and state-of-the-art collaboration technology for UW Students. This new 63,000 SF Elementary School was designed for a traditional 5th grade program that would transition to a 6th grade mid-level model with capacity for approximately 550 students. The CE Group provided full Mechanical design for this facility, which included classrooms, learning commons areas, a media center, a warming kitchen, and a gymnasium.

The CE Group provided full Mechanical Design for this new 71,500 SF K-6 Elementary School and included classrooms, a warming kitchen, learning commons areas and a media center. Unique to this project was a 4,400 SF Mechanical “Crawl Space” housing central HVAC & Plumbing Systems and an on-site treatment system for potable water.

The CE Group was tasked to help make this 64,000 SF building more efficient in function and flow and included design of a replacement HVAC System. Additional upgrades also included ADA renovations, a 2-classroom addition, kitchen upgrades, a dedicated HVAC system for the administration areas, a new domestic water heating system for the kitchen and a dedicated domestic water heating system for the remainder of the building.

This 7 school Full HVAC facility assessment provided a detailed report summarizing existing conditions, recommendations and visuals for DPS. Our analysis included prioritizing the opportunities and making recommendations for work to be performed, including additional anticipated work required to support HVAC repairs and/or replacements.
