Desk Chair
This cool space in Historic Downtown Loveland gave life to a former 23,000 SF bank building by creating coworking spaces and satellite office solutions. Features include On-Site Restaurant and Fitness Center, Rooftop Desk, Private and Open Office Spaces as well as light industrial spaces. The CE Group provided the Mechanical and Plumbing Design for this project.
Copperleaf Apartments
These new 88 unit multi-family 3-story apartment buildings feature studio, one and two bedroom apartments, garages and a fitness center. The CE Group provided full mechanical design for this project.
Abbey of St. Walburga
The CE Group started working with The Sisters of St. Walburga back in 1998 when we first opened our doors – at the same time they were opening their doors to their new location. The Abbey includes residental units, a worship center, education/craft/hospitality space and a cooking/dining facility. Following the Abbey, 5 additional projects were completed including a retreat center that accommodates up to 40 overnight guests. The CE Group has provided full mechanical design since the beginning.
Ute Creek Clubhouse
The CE Group provided full mechanical design for this 4,000 SF Apartment Clubhouse Remodel. Also included was a 1,600 SF Fitness Center Addition.
State Farm - Greeley Campus Consolidation
This project consolidated staff and required reconfiguration of the existing HVAC Distribution system to accommodate the reconfigured workspace. The CE Group provided Mechanical Engineering Services for both the Central Building and South Building.
Porter House Apartments
This affordable housing multi-family project located in Greeley, Colorado included four 3-story buildings and one 3-story building. The CE Group provided full mechanical design for this project, which included a clubhouse and three, two and one bedroom configurations.
